Manage the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Develop a range of visual assets including brochures, presentations, digital content, social media graphics, and advertisements. Work collaboratively with marketing, communications, and programme teams to deliver effective design solutions. Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback. Liaise with external vendors such as printers and freelance designers to maintain production quality. You will have proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio across print, digital, and multimedia formats. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and expertise in both print and digital design are essential. You should also be skilled in leading projects from concept to completion while managing multiple deadlines. Additionally, a strong grasp of typography, layout, composition, and brand identity is required, along with the ability to ensure brand consistency across materials.
