Career progression and development opportunities Great team culture - Supportive and social Competitive remuneration and benefits As the Site Supervisor – Concrete Recycling & Crushing, you will report directly to the Operations Supervisor in a hands-on role that is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of fixed and mobile crushing sites around metropolitan Melbourne. This role is best suited to an experienced leader from the quarry and/or concrete recycling industry. To be successful in this position you will possess the following skills and attributes: Understanding of both hard rock crushing and concrete recycling plant/processes. Exceptional attitude towards implementing safety and quality management systems. Competent operation of a variety of earth moving and recycling equipment. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Effective communication skills to manage various site operations, supplies, subcontractors, and personnel. Key Responsibilities Site/project operational performance Material processing and production management Assist in managing day-to-day running of projects to achieve project KPI’s Oversee implementation of management systems (admin/OH&S/quality/etc.) Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Project Manager Liaise with Maintenance Manager to facilitate all plant and equipment servicing and maintenance, and maintain plant and equipment in good condition Ensure all OH&S and other site/project compliance requirements are adhered to Work to budgets Supervisory Duties You shall be responsible for ensuring all personnel are suitably competent and trained for their employed role Training/upskilling of Delta Recycling employees Working with Us: Delta Group embraces diversity and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds, irrespective of gender, age, language, disability, ethnicity, cultural background, socio-economic and marital status, sexual orientation or religious belief.
