Morgan Law is currently supporting a Boutique Property Management consultancy that is looking to expand their project management team due to a recent increase in workload.
You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects with a variety of clients, predominantly across the NHS and Local Government.
This role offers home working, with occasional requirements for on-site client meetings. The successful candidate will have experience working on property acquisitions and disposal projects, ideally within the public sector, and have a track record of producing business cases.
As well as offering home working, this role sits outside of IR35.
