We have a strong commitment to outdoor play, and Forest school. Required for April 2025 (or as soon as possible) We are seeking to appoint an Early Years Educator who has: A good understanding of child development and the Early Year’s Foundation Stage. Experience of working with 2 year olds. An understanding of the role of the key worker and ability to take on that role. Worked with 2-4 year olds before and enjoys playing and having conversations with young children. An interest in working with children with special educational needs and disabilities and in learning more about how to support them effectively. A real commitment to work closely with parents and see them as partners. The motivation to work closely with colleagues to create a positive learning environment. The ability to be reflective in their practice and interested in their professional development. An interest in outdoor play and awareness of its importance for young children’s development.
