The Role : Interviewing, shortlisting and building long-term relationships with our Gough clients and candidates Taking job briefs and negotiating fees with clients Business development to win new accounts & client meetings Working collaboratively with a goal-orientated team towards a team goal Preparing advertising and marketing campaigns via social media and Gough's extensive database Who are we looking for? Experience within Recruitment or experience within the Property industry in a Sales / Leasing, BDM or Property Management capacity Meticulous attention to detail and excellent admin skills Articulate communication and ability to build key relationships A fire in the belly to be the best without losing sight of teamwork and collaboration Quick thinking, solutions focused and high-level customer service In a Nutshell...
