Add expected salary to your profile for insights Comlek Group is seeking an Electrical Manager to join our Emerald team. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in commercial, industrial, and mining installation and maintenance. They will be required to undertake planning and scheduling, quoting, liaising with clients, as well as be “on the tools” when required. We are looking for ‘The right person’ who is : Motivated team player who is passionate about the electrical industry and able to confidently lead others effectively to execute tasks safely and efficiently. Strong communication and time management skills. A problem solver with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work in various settings such as commercial, industrial, or mining sites. Willingness to travel with some overnight stays when required. Qualifications Electrical trade qualification or equivalent (minimum 7+ years post trade). Proven experience as an electrical supervisor or a similar role in the electrical field (minimum 3+ years). Valid Open class Qld driver's license. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and components, including installations, repairs, fault finding, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical standards, codes, regulations, and safety procedures. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team of tradesmen and apprentices. Proficiency in using Simpro, MS Office, SharePoint & project management software. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. What you will get in Return Monday to Friday (a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends is required). Weekly pay. Company Vehicle; Company Phone; Uniforms; iPad & Laptop. This role is based in Emerald Qld (not a FIFO role). Some travel & remote stay may be required.
