Case management from start to conclusion, involving and updating suitable parties as required. Taking advice from external HR legal advisers and following the protocols, obtaining their approval at each step. Managing all current welfare cases for employees with health and wellbeing concerns and those signed off work. Arranging regular calls/meetings for updates and keeping records of these. Organizing welfare meetings when suitable and leading these with the line manager. Completing Return to Work interviews. Supporting and advising line managers on competency concerns about their team members, assisting in meetings, drawing up PIPs, and ensuring actions are taken and reviewed. Managing the process for all ER cases including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and flexible working requests. Acting as the central control person managing all cases, supporting where able, and delegating and booking other personnel as needed. Providing generalist HR support and advice. Assisting with recruitment interviews. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor, preferably CIPD qualified.
