As a Freight Office Administrator, you will support the daily operations of our Karawatha office by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help ensure smooth and efficient processes across our freight operations.
What you’ll do
Conduct daily audit reports.
Data entry of consignment notes.
Manage purchasing tasks, including stationery and consumables.
Provide relief support for various roles as needed.
Assist with debrief, revenue control, and uniform ordering.
Participate in OH&S activities, including reporting hazards and incidents.
Other tasks as directed by the Freight Office Manager.
What you’ll bring

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within the business.
