£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance The Client Our client is a privately owned construction company that delivers single source construction and engineering solutions to the UK’s public and private sectors, with a specialism in healthcare. They are looking for a Service & Facilities Manager to join their team. The Role of Service & Facilities Manager Working within the Aftercare, Service & Maintenance Team, the role and responsibilities of the Service & Facilities Manager include, but are not limited to, the overall site and Total FM delivery across all planned maintenance and reactive works to ensure an optimal work environment and first-class service: Responsibilities of the Service & Facilities Manager Take ownership of projects throughout their entire lifecycle from inception and tender to ongoing delivery and operational management. Produce, update, and manage Service & Maintenance Proposals / Agreements / Renewals. Manage and co-ordinate all planned maintenance visits with subcontractors, clients, and/or client representatives. Responsible for ensuring PPM and compliance across all contracts. Handle reactive works across sites ensuring efficient outcomes within set SLAs. Financial control and reporting on supply chain partners and client accounts. Monthly commercial reporting. Client engagement and management (attending meetings as necessary). Maintain all associated systems and documentation. Managing repairs, maintenance, and supply chain performance. Liaise with the client to ensure KPIs/actions required are being dealt with. Maintaining client & contractor relationships. Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with HTM Regulations/British Standards and health and safety policies, engineers CPD, insurances, and RAMS provided. Aftercare support when required.
