Used Car Sales Manager

A great opportunity to join Australia’s largest Automotive group as a Used Car Sales Manager. This full-time role is central to our business objectives, providing a crucial link between our pre-owned inventory and our valued customers. As a key member of our sales & management team, you will be responsible for managing the pre-owned inventory, which involves researching, purchasing and pricing vehicles while matching buyers with their ideal pre-owned vehicle and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. What you'll be doing Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our used car inventory to customers Negotiate sales, handle pricing and complete all necessary paperwork and administration Maintain an expert knowledge of our product range, as well as industry trends and market conditions Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and targets Foster long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals What we're looking for Proven experience in a used car sales or similar automotive sales role Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets In-depth understanding of the used car market, pricing, vehicle features and customer needs Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written A passionate, driven and resilient personality to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment What we offer At Alice Springs Toyota, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
