Safety, Excellence, Respect, Value, Enjoyment About the Role This position plays a key role in providing direct administrative support for the Project Management Office (PMO) section and will provide excellent customer service to a wide-ranging customer base including external and internal customers, government departments, council leadership, Mayor, and Council. The role will deliver service requests, work orders, record keeping, correspondence, analysis and reporting, scheduling, and procurement activities. About You Our ideal candidate will have : Certificate IV in Business or similar competency and / or minimum 3 years relevant experience. Well-developed excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to educate and influence. Demonstrated proficiency in Council’s financial and administration systems. Demonstrated ability to provide high quality, relevant and timely administrative, secretariat, reporting and financial support to a multi-disciplinary team across different work locations. Ability to work independently along with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing work environments while demonstrating a positive attitude.
