We have an exciting opportunity to join the Lloyds Bank General Insurance Customer & Products team as a Product Development Manager. In this role, you'll support the Product Owner in defining a clear strategic vision for our Home Insurance products, playing a fundamental role in shaping the future product development roadmap. We need to evolve our Home Insurance offerings to ensure they continue to meet customer needs and align with our strategic goals. This role requires balancing the needs of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to develop products that align with the future strategy of Lloyds Banking Group, regulations such as Consumer Duty, and evolving market and consumer trends. A deep understanding of our customers’ needs will be essential for delivering value. What you’ll be doing:

Shaping the Product Development Roadmap : Adopt a strategic approach to identify and evaluate opportunities that align with our product vision. Collaborate with the Product Owner, internal teams, and third parties to build an actionable roadmap of innovative ideas. Building Business Cases : Work with Finance to evaluate the commercial impact of future opportunities. Contract Management : Lead contract negotiations and updates where necessary with some of our third-party providers, with the support of Legal and Supplier Management. Product Governance : Support the Product Owner in completing product governance tasks associated with product changes, ensuring the product design is fit for purpose and meets customer needs. Analysis of Market and Customer Needs : Stay informed about market and regulatory changes, competitor insights, customer feedback, and internal analytics to help advise product design. What you’ll need:

Experience in delivering complex product changes in financial services or other regulated markets. Demonstrated experience in strategic thinking, inquisitiveness, and big-picture vision, while understanding the practical day-to-day operational and customer journey impacts of changes. Experience of evaluating options, risks, and opportunities with a customer, commercial, and regulatory perspective to optimally prioritise and propose a way forward. Ability to build internal and external relationships to advise, challenge, and influence at all levels. A can-do attitude and enthusiastic energy to gain consensus for our roadmap and realise our vision. About working for us:
