Location: Bristol, England Sector: Consultancy Salary: £30,000.00 to £55,000.00 per annum Intermediate / Senior Sustainability Consultant Position: Senior Sustainability Consultant Location: Bristol Salary: £30 ~ 55K Type: Full-time / Permanent Key Responsibilities of the Intermediate / Senior Sustainability Consultant: Must be proficient in the use of industry-leading software IES VE to generate thermal simulations, modelling new and existing buildings of all sizes and complexity and optimize building performance working towards NetZero. Sustainability Consulting: Provide expert advice on energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies, and sustainable building practices to help clients meet their environmental goals and regulatory requirements, such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL and Fitwell. Building Performance Evaluations: Assess the energy performance of new and existing buildings, conducting simulations to identify opportunities for improvements in energy use, heating, cooling, lighting, ventilation, and renewable energy integration. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that projects meet relevant local and international energy and sustainability standards, including energy performance regulations (e.g., Part L, Part O, SAP, EPC) and sustainability certifications. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex energy modelling results and sustainability strategies clearly to clients and other stakeholders, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and design processes. Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in energy modelling and sustainable building practices, contributing to continuous improvements in our consultancy services.
