We are continuing to provide the Link Nurse role within our ADHD & ASD Team for a minimum of a further 12 months. This exciting role will support our 0-19 colleagues in working with children and young people who have a possible neuro-developmental need. The successful applicant will be part of the CYP ADHD & ASD Team while working closely with services supporting CYP by offering training, consultation, and supervision in relation to neurodiversity. The role also includes offering direct support to children, young people, and their carers. Main duties of the job

The post will increase the opportunity for early identification and intervention for those young people with undifferentiated and undiagnosed developmental and behavioural difficulties. The offer includes support with accessing required services. The role is diverse and includes direct support to children, young people, and carers, but also consultation and supervision to colleagues in 0-19 services including Health Visiting and School Nursing.
