We are currently seeking a 0-40 hour Stock Administrator to join our New Bond Street Boutique for a 1 year fixed-term contract. You will receive coaching to develop the highest standards of stock handling, customer service and administration and an opportunity to learn from our experienced teams and develop your skills in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities:

Process deliveries and ensure the stock is correctly integrated to the system. Identify and separate special-order items from deliveries. Follow all Dior procedures relating to ordering, storing, and maintaining packaging and its areas. Carry out replenishment of the shop floors promptly and as often as required. Complete any transfers as required within the UK and Europe. Action and report all stock issues: stolen pieces, discrepancies, slow movers, negatives. Participate in and support the Stock Management team on weekly, monthly, and annual stock takes and ensure targets are met. Follow all Dior procedures regarding product protection, stockroom standards, housekeeping, security tagging, and pricing. Ensure all stock is appropriately tagged to prevent theft. Take all actions necessary to ensure stock is safe and secure. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Management team. Contract Details:

0-40 hour contract, flexible Monday to Sunday. Previous stock or administrative experience in a retail environment is preferred. Qualifications:

The ability to multi-task and work as part of a team. Organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. A flexible and committed attitude. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset.
