What You'll Be Doing Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
