Attend meetings (onsite and remote) to gather business and end-user requirements. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and end users. Document As-Is process flows, wireframes, and storyboards. Contribute operational and technical insights to To-Be design ideas. Convert business inputs into user stories and detailed requirements. Document business requirements and acceptance criteria. Manage testing processes, including script development and hands-on testing. Skills/Must have:
Proven experience in Business Analyst roles with stakeholder management and detailed requirement gathering. Experience in contact centres and contact centre technologies preferred. Familiarity with Amazon Connect and chatbots is a plus. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for client deliverables. Experience in Agile environments with strong team collaboration. Ability to document business requirements with clear acceptance criteria. Benefits:
