Key Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and define technical solutions aligned with business goals. Design and deliver both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure projects, ensuring scalability and ROI. Create high-quality documentation, including technical designs and project requirements. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams, sharing knowledge and resolving technical challenges. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and obtain certifications to support the company’s vendor partnerships. Deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the value and impact of your solutions. Required Skills/Qualifications: Proven experience in end-to-end project design and delivery within IT infrastructure. Expertise in Microsoft Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, vNets, Backup, Site Recovery) and private cloud infrastructure. Strong knowledge of VMware, HyperV, Veeam, and Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, and security features. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a knack for simplifying complex concepts for stakeholders. A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel nationwide. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Intune, Teams Telephony, and Defender for Endpoint. Firewall experience, particularly with SonicWall and FortiGate NGFW. Benefits: Flexible working options.
