Oversee and optimise the full Office 365 suite, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, Teams, and Intune. Provide expertise in Exchange Online management, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of complex email issues. Manage and maintain security configurations, focusing on MDM and IAM through Intune to enhance compliance and data security. Support end-users with O365 applications, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing user experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with security policies and operational standards. Required Skills/Qualifications:
Proven experience managing and troubleshooting the full Office 365 suite. Solid knowledge of network security practices with an understanding of MDM and IAM tied to Intune. Familiarity with ticketing and change control processes to manage service requests and updates.
