W/C 24th Feb . Responsibilities: Provide mentoring and support to
SEN
students
across all year groups EYFS - KS2. Adapting learning materials to suit the pupils' learning style. Foster a positive learning environment through interactive activities. Assist with behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions, including de-escalating and re-directing behaviours. Monitor and track progress of the pupils' development. You’ll receive Pay to Scale from day one through PAYE (minimum rate is GBP 13.04ph). Work-Life Balance:
13 weeks holiday a year, as well as only working

Please note that the salary range is broad due to different school settings offering different salaries based on more hours/additional responsibilities. For the higher pay rate, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant. Job Types:
