The 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant will provide support to a student with special educational needs on a one-to-one basis. Duties include: Assisting with academic tasks Implementing individualised education plans Fostering a supportive learning environment Promoting the student's overall well-being Required Qualifications:
GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications. Experience working with children with special educational needs. Knowledge of special education practices and strategies. Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications. Experience:
Prior experience working with children with special educational needs is required. Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of special education practices, ability to provide individualised support, strong communication skills, patience, and empathy. Preferred Qualifications:
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, additional training in special education, first aid certification. Working Conditions:
