3 GCSE grade C or above (including English) or equivalent relevant work-based experience Fluent spoken English language Experienced and competent in using IT software and packages Excellent verbal and written communication skills A professional, caring, empathetic attitude Calm under pressure and able to manage challenging situations sensitively Minimum age is 18.
