We offer a competitive base salary, starting at £24,071, rising to £25,674 after two years (per annum, pro rata). The role also attracts enhanced payments for unsocial hours worked in the evenings and weekends. There is a requirement to work six out of eight public holidays (pro rata depending on rota) and three weekends out of five. Main duties of the job

Qualifications / Knowledge:
Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, including English (or considerable customer service skills and experience) IT literate Ability to deal with confidential/sensitive and distressing information Able to work under pressure Experience:
