to join our Integrated Urgent Care team and provide clinical leadership to our

111 services

on a

permanent, full-time

basis. We are looking for up to

37.5 hours

a week working as a National

111 Clinical Lead.

The role will require National travel across our sites. Practice Plus Group is one of the largest providers of unscheduled care services in the UK and we proudly continue to lead the way with innovation in line with the vision of the NHS. This means we have a constant need to add to our bright and dynamic senior leadership team, to ensure we continue to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. You’ll use your clinical expertise to provide clinical oversight, advising on appropriate clinical governance, quality assurance, and service improvement processes to ensure we are delivering the best possible care to our patients. This will include identifying system improvements, pathway improvements, identifying training needs, and promoting and supporting clinical audits. You will work closely with the 111 Medical lead, IUC patient safety teams, and our 111 operational delivery teams. Our 111 service is 24/7 and deals with over 2.4 Million calls a year. There are opportunities to maintain clinical hours by working across our IUCS services. This job will be working 37.5 hours FTE (including sessional clinical work in the IUC service) Working hours can be flexible with the expectation to attend certain key meetings. What we’ll look for in you We are looking for a qualified Clinician who has the following: Professional Registration e.g. NMC, HCPC, RPharm Experience in Clinical Leadership and team development Experience of 111 services and Integrated Urgent Care is highly desirable What can we offer you?
