Class Act Teaching Services are currently working with a Primary School in Oxford who are looking for a full time 121 Teaching Assistant. The role starts in January 2025 and they are looking for a 121 Teaching Assistant for a full time role. The role is a long term supply role until the end of the academic year. The role will involve working as a 121 Teaching Assistant with a Year 4 pupil with autism.

This Primary School in Oxford strives to provide excellence in the education the children receive whilst valuing every child as an individual and celebrating this. Under the former Ofsted ratings for school, they received a rating of ‘Good’.

121 Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Able to provide 1 to 1 support
  • Work effectively with other members of staff in the classroom and throughout the school
  • Ability to support students and encourage their progression
  • Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement effectively

121 Teaching Assistant Requirements:

  • Recent experience working in as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School
  • Previous SEND experience
  • Previous experience as a 121 Teaching Assistant is desirable
  • A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable
