Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Collect data from tooling systems to generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Modify and update CMDB data, including uploading recent contract details and linking them to relevant assets or configuration items.
Work closely with support teams to enhance automation in asset tagging.
Guide and maintain Configuration Items (CI), ensuring the Configuration Management Process is correctly implemented and deviations are flagged and reported.
Skills/Must have:
Expertise in BMC CMDB Administration.
Strong ability to collect, analyze, and report data from various tooling systems.
Proficiency in improving data accuracy and maintaining CMDB integrity.
Experience collaborating with support teams for process automation and asset tagging.
SC Clearance is mandatory for this role.
