They are seeking for an OSP Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in managing multiple teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects across the Minneapolis and Saint Paul area.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from permitting to plant activation.
Manage a diverse team of contractors and in-house crews, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Handle the procurement of materials and ensure efficient use of labor and resources.
Collaborate with upper management to ensure seamless project execution and meet company objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years in OSP construction, with a management background.
Strong knowledge of coax and fiber construction, including underground boring tactics, ability to read prints, as-built mapping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Smartsheet.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and maps.
