As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will develop and deliver engaging training programs that cover a wide range of cybersecurity topics and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Developing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for various audiences, including IT professionals, business leaders, and end-users. Creating engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, assessments, and other instructional content. Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Assessing the training needs of different audiences and customizing training content to meet those needs. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and continuous improvement efforts. Staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to promote and expand cybersecurity training initiatives. Skills/Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on training and education. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including risk management, threat analysis, and security best practices. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences. Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management tools. Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, or similar are highly desirable. Salary:
