£24 - 26k plus standard benefits The Opportunity for you… Are you currently working on a service desk looking to join a company that offers progression? Or maybe you have a passion for IT but haven't yet managed to get your foot in the door? Then this is the job for you. As a 1st line IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be working for a leading delivery and logistics provider based in their Liverpool office. With online shopping rapidly taking over the high street, this could not be a better time to start working for a continuously growing delivery company! Rachel (your line manager) strongly encourages the development of her team and is keen for her employees to constantly upskill and in turn be offered promotions - a perfect opportunity for somebody wanting to gain experience. You will be working alongside 7 excellent Service Desk Analysts fixing IT issues from internal colleagues and external customers to ensure the business can run smoothly. You will be working in a busy office environment and will have to be customer-focused and able to manage customer expectations. If you have a couple of months hands-on experience in IT, then that's great, but the most important thing here is that you have the right attitude, have an interest in starting a career in IT, and are willing to learn whatever it takes to become a great 1st line support!
