On offer is a salary of
£24,000 - £27,000
depending on experience. Holiday:

1st Line Support Engineer , you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking technical support. With the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, contributing to both individual and team success while honing your technical skills. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and logging support tickets efficiently. Setting up new users within the Microsoft 365 environment. Configuring hardware for new users to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience. Assisting the rest of the support desk team as needed to resolve issues and enhance service delivery. About you: You should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a support desk role and have a strong passion for technology. Your thoroughness and methodical approach to problem-solving will be key to your success in this position. Key qualities include: Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and general IT support processes.
