This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor with a dynamic blend of hands-on expertise and client engagement skills, ideally suited for someone eager to work in sectors such as education, commercial, public buildings, and investment. The Building Surveyor's role: As a Building Surveyor in this esteemed consultancy, you will have a diverse and engaging role. Your responsibilities will not only include hands-on surveying tasks but also extend to close collaboration with clients, forecasting, and being a team player. The successful Building Surveyor will have: A relevant degree within Building Surveying or Property related (RICS accredited). Worked on projects from inception through to completion. A deep passion for building surveying, with a track record of success in similar roles. Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
