Competitive, depending on experience Company Overview: A leading Birmingham-based architectural firm, specializing in commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors, is seeking two experienced Senior Architectural Technicians to join their team. Role Overview: You will produce detailed technical drawings and models, ensuring design intent is accurately reflected in construction documentation. Expertise in Revit and experience in commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects are essential. Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit. Assist with tender and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with standards. Create technical details and ensure accuracy in all designs. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior staff. Skills & Experience: 5+ years' experience in commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects. Proficient in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or BIM tools is a plus. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards. Excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
