As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and delivering education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues. Reporting to the L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager, you will work closely with the commercial Managers and Business Partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons. You will:

Be a talented hairdresser and a self-motivated team player with previous experience of delivering education expertise within a salon or beauty environment. Share our passion for inspiring others to maximize their performance through colour and retail. Exhibit flexibility, possess a full driving license, and consistently meet high standards. Demonstrate proven organizational skills to effectively manage your time. Have excellent communication and presentation skills. Be prepared to stay away from home and may be required to travel on a Sunday evening. Set demanding goals and focus on quality and attention to detail. Enjoy defining your own role and constantly look for ways to exceed your objectives. Keep up-to-date with current trends, commercial and brand awareness. Have an aptitude for our profession through sensitivity to our products and market. Be passionate about haircare/skin care and understand the importance of aesthetic quality and detail. You have:

Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes. Technical competence in cutting and styling. Strong communication skills at all levels. Experience in building relationships with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. An enthusiastic manner and the ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people. Strong organizational skills, diplomacy, and patience. Ability to work in an ever-changing and demanding environment. You show:
