We are delighted to offer team members the opportunity to apply for a place on a Revenue Management development programme. The programme is based in our Corporate Headquarters in Watford (UK) and is designed to develop team members into certified Cluster Revenue Managers.

The Opportunity Starting as a Revenue Executive based in the Watford Corporate Office, AcceleRATE will take you through a 12-month in-role training programme which encompasses a full and comprehensive review of revenue management with the aim of becoming a Revenue Manager upon successful completion. The opportunity to learn from our existing experienced team and on-site trainers to become competent in the field of Revenue Management. Building of a portfolio of hotels with full responsibility for their revenue management from approx. month 4 of the programme. Structured feedback sessions and assessed scenarios to validate learning. Promotion to the role of Cluster Revenue Manager after successful completion of the 12-month programme based on assessed scenarios and feedback.

Programme Approach Running over 12 months the programme has a set framework based around interactive learning and development activities. Highlights include: Structured programme covering Hilton revenue management theory, principles and techniques. Exposure to other areas of the business linked to Revenue management. One-to-one mentor with regular feedback. Regular & structured Line Manager feedback. Business driven objectives. Hilton University modules. Continuous in-role development through working directly with hotels.

What are we looking for? No prior revenue management experience is required; however, it is important that you are able to demonstrate the Hilton values, as well as being driven, disciplined, commercially focused, open to feedback and able to use innovative ideas to drive business success.

To be considered, you should have:

At least 6 months of experience in your current role within Hilton. Your last end of year performance review at meets expectations or above; please let us know in your application if you have not yet had a performance review. Right to work in the UK for the duration of the 12-month programme. The ability to speak, read and write English fluently. A passion for hospitality and learning. Made your GM and line manager aware of your application. The ability to start 9th of June 2025. If successfully selected, you must be willing to leave your current role and hotel to join the RMCC Europe office as a Revenue Executive on an initial 12-month contract, based full-time in Watford, UK. After successful completion of the 12-month programme, you will be promoted to a permanent role of Cluster Revenue Manager. Relocation support, as per policy, will be offered.
