EMEA Veterans Integration Programme (VIP) 2025 The EMEA Veterans Integration Programme (VIP) provides military personnel and spouses with a structured pathway into our firm through a 12-week, paid programme. Throughout the programme, we offer various events and initiatives to help you navigate the transition. These include a Capital Markets training session, a Senior Speaker Series, and networking opportunities. We encourage those from all ranks and backgrounds to apply. You'll also gain hands-on experience, spending the majority of the programme embedded in a business area, working on a project that applies your skills to real-world challenges. To help you take the next step towards a career with us, we provide comprehensive support and guidance for conversion to a potential full-time role at Goldman Sachs. Programme Dates: September 2025 – December 2025 Applications: Applications close on February 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. BST. Applications will be reviewed from March 3 onwards, and applicants will be updated by May 1. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum of one year of military service Military separation date between September 2023 and September 2025 No prior full-time paid employment since leaving the service (excluding internships) Spouses & Domestic Partners: We are accepting applications from spouses and domestic partners of those currently serving in the military, and service leavers up to 6 months following the programme start date.
