We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic registered Physiotherapist. If you are a band 5 PT, you would also be considered for the post, with a keen interest in working as part of a multi-professional Home Team to ensure coordinated and effective support to patients.
The focus for this post is the delivery of Physiotherapy assessments and interventions to help maximise people’s function and independence in their own homes.
You will be expected to expertly manage a caseload to provide a full service of assessment, appropriate management, onward referral, and discharge to a range of patients referred.
This post is fixed term for 9 months commencing March 2025.
