Must Haves:
Network Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of LAN/WAN, VPNs, and cloud networks to ensure stability and reliability across all sites. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, ensuring high performance and professional development. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network issues quickly and efficiently using monitoring tools. Project Oversight: Manage network upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget constraints. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with third-party vendors for hardware procurement and technical support. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of network designs, configurations, and policies. Leadership Abilities: Proven track record in leading and managing technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to haves:
Understanding of SDWAN (Fortinet) Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (Layer 2/3). Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Duration:
