Responsibilities:
Managing advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, and Palo Alto technologies.
Providing timely resolution of hardware and software issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
Serving as a technical escalation point and guiding Level 1 Solution Center Engineers.
Configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS, and hardware components.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Managed IT Services, with expertise in Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, and Palo Alto technologies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to navigate challenging client situations with professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
