We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aruba Wireless Pre-Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the sales of Aruba wireless solutions by providing technical expertise, crafting customized solutions, and ensuring a seamless integration of wireless technologies for clients. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support for Aruba wireless solutions to the sales team and customers. Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored Aruba wireless solutions that meet their requirements. Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team in qualifying opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering presentations to prospective clients. Proposal Development: Develop detailed proposals, including solution architecture, bill of materials, and pricing, ensuring they align with customer needs and company objectives. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, solution designs, and implementation guides. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource throughout the sales cycle. Training and Education: Provide training and support to the sales team and customers on Aruba wireless technologies and solutions. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in Aruba wireless technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients. Required Qualifications : Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, specifically with Aruba wireless solutions. Certifications: Aruba certifications such as Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX) or Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies, protocols, and best practices, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Aruba wireless solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to address client needs. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision. Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and training sessions. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Certifications: Other relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP Wireless, CWNP certifications, etc. Industry Knowledge: Experience in various verticals such as healthcare, education, retail, or enterprise environments. Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and experience in managing technical projects. Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 DoE
