Role Responsibilities:
Lead the OSP Engineering team to meet production goals.
Oversee fiber design processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Analyze surveys, maps, and geographic data for project planning.
Collaborate with field teams to support construction efforts and resolve design conflicts.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in OSP fiber design and engineering
Proficiency in ArcGIS/ESRI products
Strong knowledge of FTTH/Telecom industry design principles
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
