Define and execute the strategy for the Microsoft practice, ensuring alignment with company goals. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft solutions, guiding internal teams and clients. Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Microsoft technologies.

Client Engagement:

Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored Microsoft solutions. Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the value of Microsoft technologies. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Solution Development and Delivery:

Oversee the design, deployment, and management of Microsoft technologies, including SCCM/MECM, O365, Exchange, Intune, Azure, and Active Directory. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and post-deployment support. Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and documentation for Microsoft solutions.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and lead a team of technical consultants and engineers specializing in Microsoft technologies. Provide training and upskilling opportunities to ensure the team’s proficiency and readiness. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the practice.

Business Development:

Support sales teams in identifying opportunities and crafting compelling proposals for Microsoft solutions. Drive revenue growth by expanding the Microsoft practice’s portfolio of services and customer base. Establish and maintain partnerships with Microsoft and other technology vendors to enhance solution offerings.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role within a Managed Service Provider or IT consulting firm. Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including:

SCCM/MECM Office 365 (O365) Exchange (on-premises and online) Intune Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Active Directory (on-premises and Azure AD)

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise architecture. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing and mentoring technical teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable. Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
