Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Administration and Management Security and Compliance User Support and Troubleshooting Migration and Deployment Required skills/Qualifications: Proven experience in delivering and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including: Microsoft Intune and Autopilot Microsoft Defender Microsoft 365 (M365) migrations Hybrid Exchange environments Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 Microsoft Copilot and Viva Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and IT security principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
