Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures. Deploy, monitor, and support Atom Creek solutions. Accept assignments and enter updates into the online ticketing system for ticket resolution and time tracking. Demonstrate a willingness to learn through self-study, including pursuing certification exams. Assess situations, communicate troubleshooting steps, and deliver or assist with resolutions. Adapt to and use new technologies, including internal business solutions and service delivery applications. Participate in an on-call rotation providing after-hours support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and response for clients or alerts from our monitoring system. (May include holiday hours). Required Skills/Qualifications: Proficient in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Knowledgeable in VMware. Experienced with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server. Familiar with Microsoft Online Services and Microsoft Azure. Skilled in data protection and business continuity practices. Experience with Professional Services Applications (PSA), such as Autotask. Proficient in Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) tools, such as Auvik and VSA. Experienced in switching, routing, and Next Generation Firewalls. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of Linux. Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management. Preferred certifications include CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, MS Endpoint Administrator, and VMware. Benefits: Health, vision, dental 401K plan PTO Salary: $50,000-$80,000 base
