Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership : Lead and mentor the Project Management team, guiding the strategic direction of project services to align with company objectives.
Project Oversight & Execution :Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, implementing best practices and risk management.
Quoting & Design Desk Oversight :Manage the quoting and design function for efficient, accurate project proposals and collaboration with sales and technical teams.
Resource Management :Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to align with project demands and timelines.
Process Improvement :Identify and implement improvements for streamlined workflows, scalability, and productivity.
Client Relations :Act as a senior contact for clients, maintaining satisfaction and aligning projects with business outcomes.
Team Development : Build high-performing teams through recruitment, development, and mentorship.
Skills/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of experience in project management leadership, preferably within an MSP or technology company.
Strong team management experience and proven success in an MSP environment.
Required experience in resource management and capacity planning.
