For our end client in the United Kingdom, we are seeking an IT Specialist in Second-Level Support. Your primary responsibility will be to support the client in maintaining and optimising their IT infrastructure as well as resolving technical issues. Responsibilities:
Provide second-level support for end users and IT systems. Install, configure, and maintain PCs, as well as guide users on their use. Monitor and manage hardware, network infrastructure, and IP networks. Identify and resolve technical issues (troubleshooting) and monitor and optimise IT systems. Support the implementation and maintenance of Lenovo systems. Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless IT operations. Requirements:
Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification. Experience in second-level support and maintaining hardware and network infrastructures. Proficiency with Lenovo systems and network providers. Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Project Details:
