Essential Requirements

Experience in a 1st / 2nd line support capacity - telephone, email etc. Office 365 / Azure Active Directory Exchange Networking - DNS, Firewalls, Routers Customer focused

Desired Skills

Certifications - MCITP, CompTIA, Network+ Experience in an MSP environment Telco exposure The company offers a great culture, paired with training and opportunities for progression.
