£34,000 - £36,000 Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal staff. Provide in-depth technical support for users via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions. Monitor and maintain system health. Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using the ticketing system. Install and configure software ensuring compatibility with existing systems. Provide support for hardware, including repairs, replacements, or upgrades. Assist with user account creation, password resets, and permissions. Experience Required:
Windows 10/11 Active Directory O365 TCP/IP DNS/DHCP VPNs ITSM - Service Now, JIRA, etc. AV's Veeam/Acronis VMWare/Hyper-V
