We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced 2nd Line IT Support professional for a full-time permanent position based in Wolverhampton. This role offers an exciting mix of remote support duties complemented by onsite visits to our diverse range of clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive second-line technical assistance.
Troubleshoot complex issues involving various hardware and software configurations.
Support clients on site and remotely in the Midlands and surrounding area.
Deliver friendly customer service both remotely and face-to-face during client site visits.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Proficiency : You should be well-equipped with knowledge around common operating systems, networking principles, and have hands-on experience resolving intermediate-level technical problems efficiently.
Communication Skills : Clear communication is essential as you will explain solutions to non-tech users while also liaising closely with your team members regarding ongoing tasks or escalated concerns from first-line support interactions.
Problem-Solving Abilities : The ability to think critically under pressure will help ensure that all issues are addressed promptly without compromising quality service delivery.
