What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
Provide IT support to users either in person or remotely
Play an active role in IT projects including analysis and implementing solutions
Work closely with a range of stakeholders including lawyers, marketing, and support teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a technical 2nd line support role
VMware 7 experience and MS Azure support experience
Windows Server, Active Directory & Office 365 configuration skills
Windows 10 /11
Previous experience of ITIL frameworks
Previous Professional Services experience - preferably Legal - is desirable
