2nd Line Support Desk Technician
2nd Line Support Desk Technician focuses on server configuration and monitoring.
What the role involves
- Server Configuration and monitoring.
- Checking daily log files.
- Back up logs and monitoring alerts.
- Be hands on with all server and desktop products, as well as a variety of networking and other components I.E Routers, Printers and bespoke applications.
- Once established within the company you will get the opportunity to go out and complete client site checks with Installations and Upgrades.
- For this position you will have previous experience working with the following.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
